Where have I been? What is going on?? I thought you had a goal concerning the upkeep of this blog??? Yeah, however my little computer has other intentions so for the time being I'm limited in my blog time and concentrating on backing up my photos...
BUT that is not to say that I haven't thought about how horribly behind I have become with this thing, and also that I do feel bad about it.
So here we are, I'm a bit tanner than I was last week at this same time, I also happen to be a bit more sunburned than I was last week. Thanks to a 48 trip to Hawaii to watch our annual Jack Johnson Kokua Festival!
So here we are not two days back and Laney already has us in stitches. Last night we headed out to make a pet store and Home Depot run, Madison has decided that car rides are the most boring thing on the face of the planet (no matter how short) and now requires something to keep her entertained. She walks to the front door with a pencil and a work book.
"Laney... how about you bring a little something to play with in the car while we drive?!" Eric calls to her.
So a few moments later she comes out of her bedroom with:
~THREE Barbies
~a Beanie Baby horse
~a toy dog
~a cricket cage
~a jump rope
AND an inflatable pool innertube.
Then she asks Eric if he can get her a hummus snack pack out of the fridge and put some chips in a ziploc bag for her too... apperantly time moves REALLY REALLY slow for a 2 year old in the back seat of a car.
